The women who undergo it cannot experience any sexual pleasure. Female circumcision (khatna of girls) is regularly performed in Egypt and Arabia. Is it a religious obligation ?
They dont have to undergo it.It involves cutting off the hood of the clitoris and in extreme cases,the entire clitoris,leaving only a small opening for urine.
